New support number, Customer Portal and email address - 22/Sep/2023

As part of this transition, we’ve begun making certain updates to our support contact information. We understand the importance of providing you with seamless support throughout this integration process, and we want to ensure that you have all the necessary details to reach out to us effortlessly.

Starting June 19th 2023, we began making the following changes:

  • General Support: +1 (800) 962-9264. This new number will route your call to our Global Help Desk, which will enable us to deliver even more efficient and effective assistance whenever you require it. Our dedicated support team remains committed to providing you with the exceptional service you have come to expect from us.

  • Customer Support Portal Address: Our new primary website for customer support is The Customer Support Portal will be one of the most efficient ways to interact with your support team.

  • Please look out for an email with your login information and a how to guide.

  • Customer Support Email Address: Our new primary email address for customer support is Please update your contact lists to ensure uninterrupted communication with our support team. Email is only monitored twice per day, so if your issue/request needs quicker attention please use the Customer Support portal listed above.
