What is AMCS Field Worker?
AMCS Field Worker is a new application that works in conjunction with Utility Cloud and improve your experience out in the field. Built for mobile devices, the app supports both online and offline functionality, ensuring field teams can complete their tasks no matter the connectivity.
Available as both a web app as a downloadable iOS and Android app, AMCS Field Worker features an updated, mobile-first design dedicated to quickly and easily finding and completing your work completing work—all optimized for the needs of employees out in the field.

Getting Started
How to Access the Application
Log in using the dedicated FWA login separate from the core Field Services application.
Currently available as a web app, with mobile app versions coming soon to the App Store and Google Play Store.
Using the Application
Logging In:
Navigate to the AMCS Field Worker login page and enter your standard Utility Cloud username and password.
Downloading Work for Offline Use:
After logging in, from the My Offline Data page, select your work queues, then select Download to sync your work queues.
Finding My Work:
Use My Work to view all downloaded work in your work queues.
Check Pending Work for drafts or incomplete submissions.
Completing Tasks:
Open a work item from My Work.
Enter the required details in the Workflow tab.
View additional details on your asset, account, or work order from the Details tab.
Once complete, submit your work or save as a draft.

Contractors can complete tasks flagged for them without needing full access to the system.
Use the Work Order Lookup Tool to locate specific work orders by ID, or find work in your work queues.

Ensure you are connected to the internet, especially when downloading or submitting your work.
Confirm you’re using the latest version of the application.
