Scheduling and managing work

Work in Utility Cloud can be scheduled against assets in several ways.

  • Work scheduler - Scheduled work allows scheduling a workflow against all assets of the same asset class in an account. This work is always available to be completed, and shown as due or not due based on its schedule.
  • Work Orders - Work to be completed once, with or without a schedule. Work orders can be manually created against an individual asset, created based on a trigger when a workflow report is completed or an asset is saved or created as a part of a route.
  • Routes - A collection of work orders created against any number of assets, all with the same scheduling.
