V2.135.0 (16/Mar/26)

NEW When building a work queue from the Work Queue Editor, new work queue criteria to build a work queue based on a work order’s assignee and a work order’s route have been added.

NEW From the Asset Search, additional search facets for when an asset attribute is empty or not empty has been added.

NEW When creating an Esri subscription from the Account Details page, additional support for linking an Esri subscription to a subtype of a feature layer rather than an entire feature layer has been added.

FIXED When using defaults in date fields, an invalid date warning was showing even when the date would otherwise be valid unless users selected the date from the calendar. These fields will now validate normally.

FIXED In certain scenarios, expressions calculating difference between dates were not evaluating correctly. These expressions now evaluate normally.

V2.134.0 (02/Mar/26)

IMPROVED The Relationships panel on the Asset Details page now sorts child assets by asset ID, making it easier to find and navigate related assets.

AMCS Field Worker

FIXED In certain scenarios, when syncing offline data in AMCS Field Worker, not all trigger data was being fetched during the sync. All trigger data will now be fetched correctly on sync.

FIXED When accessing the Scan QR Code form from the workflow editor in AMCS Field Worker, tapping the close (X) button was not dismissing the form. The button now closes the form as expected.

FIXED In certain scenarios, the app header was not displaying correctly on Apple devices when first loading AMCS Field Worker, requiring users to scroll up or refresh to access navigation. The header will now display consistently on load.

V2.133.0 (16/Feb/26)

FIXED In certain scenarios, the Work Reports tile was displaying work orders with an incorrect date due to a timezone conversion issue. Work orders will now display the correct date.

FIXED In certain scenarios, users were unable to create a new Route. Routes can now be created as expected.

IMPROVED The Relationships panel on the Asset Details page has been updated so that only direct child assets are expanded by default, making it easier to navigate assets with complex hierarchies.

AMCS Field Worker

FIXED When fields were configured to be conditionally hidden in a workflow class, the field input was correctly hidden in AMCS Field Worker but the field title was still visible. Hidden fields will now have their titles correctly hidden as well.

FIXED In certain scenarios, workflow titles containing special characters were not displaying correctly on the Open Work Card in AMCS Field Worker, and tapping the card was not navigating as expected. Workflow titles will now display correctly, and the Open Work Card will navigate as expected.

FIXED When resyncing work queues with a smaller number of assets than a previous sync in AMCS Field Worker, the My Work page was not correctly reflecting the updated assets and could display no results. The My Work page will now display the correct page after resyncing.

V2.132.0 (02/Feb/26)

FIXED In certain scenarios, users' My Open Work Orders work queue was remaining active for users after they had been made inactive. Work queues will now be deactivated correctly when a user is made inactive.

V2.131.0 (20/Jan/26)

FIXED In certain scenarios, users were not navigating to the correct error page when encountering an issue. Users will now see the appropriate page.

FIXED In certain scenarios, datetime fields were not saving in a consistent format when saving a work order as a draft. These fields now save consistently.

FIXED When editing a work order, audits for changing priority and type were not showing on the Work Order Details timeline. These audits now show normally.

FIXED When exporting from the Workflow Compliance Report, certain special characters were not always exporting to Excel correctly. Special characters will now export normally.

FIXED For any saved search from the Asset Search and similar search pages, users were able to save a saved search with no criteria, and those saved searches were not loading properly. Users are now prevented from saving an empty saved search, and previously-saved empty searches will load normally.

FIXED When editing any asset from the Workflow Report Editor page, the default values set for any asset class’s multiple select fields was loading instead of the value actually saved against the asset. Multiple choice fields will now load the actual value when editing an asset from the Workflow Report Editor.

FIXED When exporting any asset class template, after initially exporting a template, subsequent attempts to export a template was displaying duplicate asset classes. When exporting an asset class template, users will no longer see duplicated asset classes.

AMCS Field Worker

FIXED Datetime validation to prevent date and datetime values from being set before or after the current date were not preventing saving data that did not pass this validation in AMCS Field Worker, and will now correctly validate.

V2.130.0 (05/Jan/26)

FIXED From the Account Details page, users were not able to export an account’s timeline entries. These entries now export normally.

FIXED In certain scenarios, when editing a route, users were not able to set a route’s start date in the past when they normally would be able to, and were being prevented from saving due to updating scheduling when they had not made scheduling changes. Routes will now save normally in these scenarios.

AMCS Field Worker

IMPROVED Made various minor updates to support AMCS Field Worker in the App Store and Google Play store.
