Last week we announced some upcoming changes to Google reporting in Utility Cloud. Those changes are now live and you can read more about them here. In short, though, Utility Cloud has more restricted access to your Google Drive account in line with Google’s security recommendations, and only Google sheets created from Utility Cloud can be used for our Google reporting integration.
If you’re using Google reporting, we’d ask you to unlink and relink any Google account you’re using in the Account Details to make sure you have updated access. There’s also a possibility that once our changes are reverified by Google, you’ll have to relink your account again. If this does happen, you’ll receive an email from us notifying you of which account is no longer linked so you can quickly update that account. You can find instructions on linking your account here.
