Supported Browsers

Utility Cloud supports the most recent versions of the below browsers most commonly used by our users as identified by Google Analytics.

Note: Currently 84% of our users use desktop operating systems.

Internet Explorer

Due to Microsoft ending support for their browser, Utility Cloud support for Internet Explorer ended on March 31, 2022. Utility Cloud will still be available via IE after this date, but key functionality such as Maps will no longer be available due to Google no longer supporting Internet Explorer, and any issues related to site appearance and functionality that are specific to this browser will not be addressed.

Note: Currently 11% of our users use Tablet OSs' and 5% of our users use Mobile OSes.

Note: We will support the previous 4 versions of iOS across a random selection of iPads/iPhones as supported by BrowserStack.

    • 18

    • 17

    • 16

    • 15

Android
